  • Staged homes on average sell anywhere from 6% to $ 25% above asking price, and generally spends a shorter amount of time on the market.

How We Work

  •  It starts with a phone call to us, so we can get to know you and then determine what it is we can do to help you.
  •  We make an appointment to visit with you and any other homeowner(s). Your part of our team, so it's important everyone who has an interest in the home be at our initial meeting.  
  • In the next 2-3 hours we will view your home , take lots of pictures, and get a plan together for you.

Saving You Money

  • We have partnered with well known furniture, flooring & window manufacturers and would love to pass the savings to our clients. 
  • If you find that you may want to update some of your household furnishings, etc.,    our   business  has partnered with a larger Interior Design firm where we are able to purchase designer items at a substantial savings to the buyer.  
  • Please ask us about this great professional service for our clients only.  

Certified Color Consultants

  • We also offer Color Consulting for anyone who wishes to update the color of their home prior to placing the home on the market, or just wants to freshen up their current home. 
  • Our Color Consultation Fee is generally set around $250.  However, it could be FREE!  
  • We work with professional painters whose price may include  the consultation fee.

  • We are extremely proud to have a European Art Restorationist working with us, as a private contractor, for our clients.  Maria comes to us from Warsaw, Poland where she received a Masters Degree in  Fine Art Restoration. 
  •  She has been in CA for the last 25 years and has been working with Interior Designers in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, CA.    
  • MARIA'S DRAGON: There is a little Dragon in the "About Us" section that Maria painted in her grand daughter's room.
